1. Credits

1.1. What are credits?

Credits are the other form of currency within Urban Rivals. They allow you to buy packs from the Shop and to unlock certain parts of the game.

1.2. How do you get hold of credits?

You can get hold of them by:

- Buying them in the Shop;
- Completing Missions;
- Fighting in different game modes, particularly in the Daily Tournament and ELO modes [link].

1.3. I was asked for my password and told that in exchange I'd be given lots of credits. Can be that be true?

Of course not. It’s a con to get hold of your password in order to take over your account or collection. There is no way you can get hold of credits outside of Urban Rivals.

Please remember to never reveal your password to anyone, not even to members of Staff.
Staff will never ask for your password.

1.4. I've been given a link to a hacked site to get hold of loads of free credits. Will it work?

Of course not. It’s a con to get hold of your password in order to take over your account or collection. There is no way you can get hold of credits outside of Urban Rivals.

Please remember to never reveal your password to anyone, not even to members of Staff.
Staff will never ask for your password.

2. Paypal

2.1. How do I buy credit using Paypal?

To buy credit using Paypal, it couldn’t be easier. Please follow the steps below:

- Go to the Shop;
- Click on Get more Credits;
- Select your country;
- Click on the Paypal button;
- Click on the amount required;
- If you have a Paypal account, log in to it; if you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay with your credit card. Then follow the instructions provided by Paypal.

Please note that Paypal purchases take a few days to be confirmed if you choose to make a purchase with E-check.

Please remember that if you are a minor, you must ask permission from your legal guardian before buying credit in our Shop.

2.2. My account has been blocked! I was told it’s because of a reversed Paypal transaction!

It may be a mistake on their part or a misunderstanding, but they take these matters seriously and a police investigation is always triggered in these cases. If you manage solve this problem with Paypal, we will gladly unlock your account.

Let us know when this problem has been solved by sending us a copy of the answer from Paypal.

3. Allopass

3.1. How do I buy credit using SMS via Allopass?

To buy credit using Allopass, it couldn’t be easier. Please follow the steps listed below:

- Go to the Shop;
- Click on Get more Credits;
- Select your country;
- Select the Phone Payment on Allopass button;
- Enter your country access code and send it by SMS to the number given for your country;
- Enter the code given on the Shop webpage.


Please remember that if you are a minor, you must ask permission from your legal guardian before buying credit in our Shop.

3.2. I’ve done everything as instructed but my Allopass code doesn’t work!

Credit purchases by SMS and Audiotel are managed by our Allopass partner. It is therefore Allopass who will assume responsibility for resolving your access code problem.
If the Allopass code received is incorrect, please send the following information to the Customer Support team as soon as possible (the ? icon on the top right of your screen):

- Your phone number and phone operator;
- The number you dialed to purchase your Allopass code;
- The date and time of call;
- Your country of residence;
- The code which does not work.

Using this information, our Allopass partner will be able to locate the problem and provide you with a replacement code.

Please note that all of the above-listed information is required to resolve your problem. Any missing information will prevent Allopass from being able to assist you.



3.3. I did everything as instructed, but I still haven’t received my Allopass code!

Credit purchases by SMS and Audiotel are managed by our Allopass partner. It is therefore Allopass who will assume responsibility for resolving your access code problem.

4. Google Play

4.1. How can you buy credits through Google Play?

To buy credits through Google Play, you need to play with the Urban Rivals Android app.
Once you’re on the app, head for the shop. Once there, you can either buy packs directly or buy credits towards the future purchase of packs.
The credit purchases will be deducted from the bank card linked to your Google Play account.
Please remember that if you are a minor, you must ask permission from your legal guardian before buying credit in our Shop.

4.2. I haven’t received my Google Play credits. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your Google Play credits, please contact the customer support service with the following information:
- your nickname and player ID
- the email address used for this purchase and/or the Google Play transaction number
- the date of purchase.

5. iTunes

5.1. How do I buy credit using iTunes?

To buy credits through ITunes, you have to play with our Urban Rivals application for IOS.

Once on the application, click on «Shop». You can either buy packs directly, or buy credits to spend on packs.

All purchases made will be charged on the credit card linked to your ITunes account.

Please remind if you are minor, you will need to ask your guardian for permission before each credit purchase through our Shop.

5.2. I haven’t received my credits. What should I do?

To be able to check this transaction we will need a copy of your ITunes receipt showing your purchase. You will find a receipt on your ITunes account, in the purchase history. You should also have received this receipt by email.
Once we receive this receipt, we will gladly solve your problem.

6. Offerwall

6.1. Is it true you can obtain free credits on Urban Rivals?

It certainly is! You can obtain free Urban Rivals’ credits on our deals wall, thanks to our partners, Trialpay, Sponsorplay and Offermatch.

To do this, go to the Shop, click on Free Credits, then on the partner with whom you wish to obtain your free credits.

As soon as the deal is validated, your credits will be automatically added!

6.2. I’m having problems with Trialpay. What should I do?

We advise you to go back on the offer wall and click on the menu "support". Then click on the offer with which you had a problem.
This is the most efficient way for Trialpay to link your request  and your user profile. it will help them to understand why you didn't receive your credits.

6.3. I’m having problems with Sponsorpay/Peanut Labs. What should I do?

We don't handle these free offers and have partners in charge of this support.
We advise you to click on the menu "support" and then click on the offer with which you had a problem.
This is the most efficient way for Sponsorpay/Peanut Labs to link your request to the offer and your user profile. it will help them to understand why you didn't receive your credits.

6.4. I’m having problems with Offermatch. What should I do?

We advise you to go back on the offer wall and send your request from there. This way you will be able to contact Offermatch customer support service. Our partner Offermatch will help you with your problem.

6.5. I’m having problems with Tapjoy, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your credits after downloading an app, please check this by opening and closing the downloaded app several times with a good Internet connection.

6.6. I’m having problems with Playtem, what should I do?

The Playtem videos available on the website homepage allow you to earn Clintz.

7. Collectors

7.1. What are Tokenz?

Tokenz will give you access to Collectors via the game shop.

Tokenz can be divided into 3 categories: bronze, silver and gold.

100 Tokenz = 1 guaranteed Cr from among those available in the category selected (bronze, silver or gold).

7.2. Tokenz Bronze

Collect 100 Bronze Tokenz in the competition modes and open the Collectors coffer! Here you’ll get hold of CRs of low value.

7.3. Tokenz Silver

Collect 100 Silver Tokenz in the competition modes and open the Collectors coffer! Here you’ll get hold of CRs of medium value.

7.4. Tokenz Gold

Collect 100 Gold Tokenz in the competition modes and open the Collectors coffer! Here you’ll get hold of CRs of high value.

8.1. Comics

You'll find the game’s Comics here. Once you’ve bought a comic, you can then find it at any time in your library, under the “collection” tab.
